  • Incident Description: I purchased a floor bed from ZipadeeKids on Etsy that was made in Ohio and advertised as a safe toddler floor bed. The spacing between the bars was much greater than 2 3/8”, and when I assembled it it didn’t feel safe due to the spacing and the sharp hard wood edges. I ended up storing it. I assumed it would be pointless to message them, but I saw a [REDACTED] post today of someone whose kid’s head got stuck in the same bed.

  • If yes to any, explanation: I didn’t personally experience an accident, but I noticed the wide bar spacing and also big corner gaps where the mattress didn’t fit flush in the bed frame. Then when I saw stories online about other kids getting stuck, I looked up how to report.
