33 YOM consumer's treadmill suddenly ceased and threw him off. He visited a doctor for a head injury caused by inertia throw to a desk. Unit was replaced twice and stopping repeated.

  • Incident Description: I was using this treadmill and it suddenly ceased, throwing me off. I sustained a head injury from the inertia throwing me into a desk. I told the manufacturer, FYC, and they told me to get a replacement. After 2 replacements doing the same thing, I reached out to the manufacturer and they seemingly mocked me, telling me they are in China, and that there is nothing which can be done. After reaching out to Amazon regarding these treadmills, the original product was taken down. However, it re-appeared as a different listing and is being sold again. There have been reports from dozens of other users who have been thrown off of these treadmills, sustaining injury. There is a serious risk of injury or death from the treadmills sold by FYC on Amazon.com. Here is a link:[REDACTED]
