Consumer's 9 YO daughter was sucking on candy like a Lolli pop when the ball rolled out of the container sliding down her throat & choking her fiercely to where she could not breath. Consumer tapped her solidly between the shoulder blades and it came flying out of her mouth.

  • Incident Description: I purchased a 4-pack of Slime Lickers Sour Rolling Liquid Candy from Amazon on May 24, 2023. On Saturday, May 27, 2023 at approximately 4:45pm, may daughter was eating a Strawberry flavored Slime Licker from this pack of 4. She was sucking on it like a Lolli pop when the ball rolled out of the container sliding down her throat and choking her fiercely to where she could not breath. LUCKILY, I was in the next room, my and her mom's bedroom and she ran to me quickly turning red. I knew she was choking and managed to tap her solidly between the shoulder blades to try get what was stuck out. On the 2nd tap, this ball of strawberry Slime Licker came flying out of her mouth. She is only 9 years old. Had I not been around, I could have lost my daughter that day. I have reported this to Candy Dynamics, maker of Slime Lickers only to receive a check from [REDACTED] bank for $12.79. The cost of the product and requested the old packaging to be returned. I spoke to my attorney. He says we will not return the product until a financial agreement has been made between Candy Dynamics, Inc. and my daughter and myself for their faulty product. Others should be advised of the same.
