- Incident Description: I purchased a COSCO step-stool with safety bar for my grandson in March 2024. He was standing inside the unit eating lunch at the counter. He leaned slightly backwards and the bar broke way and he fell backwards onto the tile floor landing on his side/shoulder. The same thing happened at my daughter's house with her COSCO unit.
