  • Casely, Inc. : Casely is deeply committed to the safety and satisfaction of our customers. We appreciate the consumer bringing this matter to our attention. We are currently conducting a voluntary recall of the Casely Power Pod model E33A due to potential overheating risks associated with the lithium-ion battery. To ensure consumer safety, we are offering a free replacement with a new UL-certified Power Pod (Model PP240). Consumers are encouraged to visit our official recall page at https://www.getcasely.com/pages/2025-recall to: 1. Verify if their Power Pod is affected by the recall. 2. Complete the online replacement form. 3. Submit two photographs: one showing the front of the power bank with "Recalled" and the date written in permanent marker, and another showing the model number on the back. No proof of purchase is required. After submitting the form, consumers will receive a free replacement unit. For additional information, including disposal instructions for the recalled units and answers to frequently asked questions, please refer to our Recall FAQs at https://support.getcasely.com/product-safety/recall-faqs.
