  • SUZHOU COSYLAND CO., LTD.: We are very sorry to learn about the unfortunate incident involving our Toddler Standing Tower (“Product”). Safety has always been our top priority, and we promptly conducted a review. The Product is designed to help children safely reach countertop height under adult supervision. As outlined in our instruction manual, the child must be at least 18 months (1.5 years) old to use our product. However, from the incident report, the child was reported to be 1 year old. We urge consumers to strictly follow our safety instructions and not allow underage children to use our product. In addition, as we further outlined in our instruction manual, the tower must always be placed flush against a sturdy surface such as a kitchen counter or cabinet edge. This will make the Product physically impossible to tip over. We again urge consumers to strictly follow our safety instructions and make sure to place the Product flush against the surface when in use.
