Incident Description: I put my son in the bedroom to sleep for the night in the bassinet he has used since birth. It is a simplicity 3-in-1. The bar which collapses to convert to a co-sleeper has given us problems the entire time. It doesn't seem long enough to be secure when used as a regular bassinet. I heard my son crying several minutes later, went into the room and felt into the bassinet to pick him up and he wasn't there! I screamed, turned on the light and there he was, on the floor and the bar I spoke of was hanging down!
