Since the consumer has not yet contacted us, we sent a letter requesting the return of the pacifier. Once it is returned, the consumer will be refunded for the full cost of the product, and the pacifier will be given to our engineers and designers for extensive testing and analysis. As you know, without having the actual product returned, we cannot determine what caused this product to fail, if indeed it did. If we receive this item back, our Engineering Department will endeavor to find out what caused this problem.
