  • Incident Description: Caller is reporting that the adult premier diaper changing station poses a hazard. Changing tables for adult that has disabilities (rails are 4ft 10 wide) The size should be 70 inches long 30 inches wide. Side rails should be the the length of the changing table and safety belt to hold the adult person. Caller stated that there are being installed in public restrooms and they do not have side rails which poses a fall hazard and also not large enough to facilitate an adult. The changing table is not height adjustable and care giver may not be able to lift the person up to the changing table. Caller feels that this product is unsafe and should be investigated.
