Incident Description:
The Messina pillow top, a Brigham collection mattress and box spring that has a 10 year warranty was breaking down after 4 days. Month after month it got worse. It's sunken in completely down to the broken box spring approximately 17 inches deep and a 4 feet circle wide. It also squeaks so loud I can hear her moving through the vents. The noise wakes her up. My daughter has back problems now and has to see a chiropractor. She can't sleep so she failed her second half of the online school...

Bought a bed from Walmart.com, Heavy Duty Metal Twin Bed Frame with Under Bed Storage - 14 Inches High, Sturdy Steel Slat Support, No Box Spring Required, Platform Bed Frame.
For a long time we were not using this bed but about month ago I assembled it and started using. We realized that there is gap where the support bars rest. Therefore they started to fall off. Hello, Purchased a children's furniture set from USA baby, located in Newington, CT 06109. The set came from Creations a Meridian company. I purchased the set in 2011 just before my daughter was born. We purchased a combo/dresser set, an armoire, and a convertible crib. The crib was sold to us as a piece that would "grow" as your child did. Meaning it started out as a crib, converted to toddler bed, then adding two side rails that we purchased from USA baby, it became a full size bed.
