Incident Description:   I got a crib for a baby shower gift and i was using it til my daughter started getting stuck in the rungs and the mattress falling down through the supports... And now i see its been recalled... Its a simplicity drop side crib. And there has been a few deaths reported in my area in the last few years. I would like something done with this recalled crib..i do not want it and i dont want anything happening to my daughter either....

Incident Description:   My son, 3.5 years old, got his arm stuck in the Simplicity Convertible Crib (Ellis) and nearly broke it. He had fallen off and his arm slipped through the slab openings, thus twisting his arm as he fell of the bed.

Incident Description:   The Simplicity 4 in 1 convertible crib that we purchased from Target in 2006 is very loose and wobbly now. We have "converted" it many times through two children. All of the screws and stripped and the side supports are wobbly. Both children also chewed on the front, back, and side rails and most of the wood finish came off. I'm sure they swallowed most of it. Incident Description:   I own a simplicity drop side crib that apparently was recalled. I did not know this at the time. It came from a "nursery in a box" set that included a changing table and dresser. The drop side plastic piece broke off and now the drop side will no longer stay up or be held up. Incident Description:   We were given a ChildESIGNS Drop Side Crib in April of 2002 as a baby shower gift. We used it until our son out grew it in 2004 and converted into a toddler bed and once he out grew that we stored it away. Our youngest was born in October of 2009 and we are currently using it for him and just today the plastic part you lift to drop down the side cracked and broke. We didnt hear about this recall until we got on and Googled replacement parts for this crib and are now looking into buying...

Incident Description:   I have just been given a Simplicity baby crib with changing table that attaches to the crib. One side of the crib has a broken plastic notch that slides up and down on the side of the crib. Upon researching this crib it has been recalled and no replacement parts are available.
